If you don't have your own merchant account, use CCBill or Jettis. Good service and support from both companies. As a matter of fact, someone at CCBill recommended Jettis if you have your own merchant account.
STAY AWAY FROM IBILL. The CMI is down on a regular basis. I can fogive that, however, their customer service is horrible. They don't respond to any of my e-mails when I have problems. Additionally, when you call their tech support, you get a person that doesn't understand your business and often tells you they have to get a supervisor or get a programmer. If you have your own merchant account, they will not give you the name or number of the TP person to discuss issues. Talking to the sales rep that they assign to you is useless. The rep doesn't return calls as well. With IBill, you will feel abandoned. It's a shame because I've been with them since 1996 and I finally had to move to another processor.
