Getting real tired of people not paying up their bills for design from LadyM.. My list is going public real soon. Pay up.

Yes, one in particular who is making me VERY angry, I'm tired of playing little games. I always give AMPLE opportunity for resolution, but enough's enough :) Stay tuned :)

Why do ppl keep ordering shit when they know they cany pay for it?

They risk a HELL of a lot more by not paying.

just curious...but why don;t you start charging 50% up front and 50% at delivery? That way, both parties in the deal have something into it. One has thier cash, the other thier time.

I got burned once and that was it for me. That is the only way i o it now. UNLESS they are reagular repeat customers, that you know can be trusted

We do :) This particular deadbeat I'm referring to DID pay half up front.. But after all the work was complete, approved of, and the time came to pay, he decided to change his mind. It's VERY old now..

Unfortunately, yes. It's pretty sad when you can't trust your clients. This particular client has been pulling our chains for at least 5 weeks now.

Just out him now. If he hasn't paid yet, he won't be paying.

then if you delivered, and he did not pay, and is using the site (it is live) then out him now...people do not seem to hesitate to 'out' a designer that they were not thrilled with, why now out deadbeats ;) :thumbsup

Honestly, I'd grab him by the balls instead. He hasn't completed his end of the contract, assuming he's using the templates, he's using stolen goods. Go from there...

Unfortunately it is, he sent us more "Oh I'll pay! I'll pay!" bullshit emails then promptly fucked off again. Really sick of this crap.

I've got a pretty good list to.

These fuckers just keep on going to and screwing the next person.
