Getting listed on the Hun (overflow list)
 

Hmmm ... anyone else get listed with that ?


WHY WHY WHY !! (didn't i make it on the main page):(

Alot of times I get listed on that and not the main page

Traffic is like cut in half , first time listed in that section :(
(pretty much the archive junk section i would say)

I got listed there 2 or 3 times I believe .. I think traffic is more like 1/3 of the main page traffic :Graucho but I could be wrong

I'm thinking as there is a comment box on the submit form, you should put some good comments in there.
Try this, we used to use it in real estate, but it works well on TGPs too...

I was listed only once on overflow - got around 40,000 hits and zero signups :ak47:

The traffic from overflow is pure crap (for me).
Ranked about 23 on sextracker.

There is nothing wrong with getting listed on The Hun's Overflow,
with the amount of submissions he gets you can't always expect to get a top spot on his mainpage, be thankful he didn't just delete your gallery. Plus, you can get plenty of traffic and sales form the Overflow, I've had galleries stay on that page for more then a week, unlike the mainpage where your gallery stays 3 days.

I like the hun traffic, overflow or not.
It always make me happy when he list one of my gallery.

You can stay listed on the overflow for way longer than on the main page, and traffic is still pretty good. Hell, even though the overflow isn't quite as good as the main page, it still pretty much beats a listing on almost any other large tgp out there :2 cents:

I'd tell you but if I did, I'd be hung by my toenails and beaten with an organic carrot.

Be thankful you got listed and maybe you'll be bumped to the main page next time. I was listed in Overflow 4 times before I even got a gallery on the front page. Maybe he just uses the overflow to check the servers and make sure it can withstand his traffic flow.

In short: the overflow lists the quality stuff that would've been listed if they wouldn't have had enough hq galleries for that category already for the day.

My last 3 galleries submitted all 3 got accepted on the mainpage.

Nah, just submitting the right stuff and some luck.

Now that you mention it, I think the only times he has listed me was when I made a nice "kiss-up" comment in the box. I guess his reviewers like that.

BTW, what's the secret handshake for your TGP- you've never listed anything of mine....:waaaaahh

I just got an email. My latest movie gallery I submitted got on the overflow.

I will take what I can get, and sometimes I actually ask if the gallery is ok enough to make the overflow at least too.

The Hun's traffic both mainpage & overflow is fine for me. Ratios are pretty stable.

Just be honest with his surfers and they'll become your customers.

I stayed on the overflow for about two months. Got some good signups the first few days, then just a trickle.

Traffic boost helped a lot, though.

I get about 80% of my galleries listed there
I always put "(_))hahahaha=D ~o THEHUN" in the comment box

archived galleries are a goldmine
