What the fuck is going on??!! It has been 20 days now, for me. I emailed CCBill yesterday to inquire (yet again) about the status of my Visa acceptance. I also mentioned that I had heard about other webmasters who had waited 30 days or more. CCBill replied saying that 30 days was a "bit of an exaggeration" and that they had "higher level individuals at CCBill trying to resolve this issue with Visa."

I would go medieval on them if they refused to take my calls!!! Fuck that.

Yes this is bullshit.. this is exactly what i was told..

first - Visa will take 7 - 10 buis days
next - well sometimes Visa takes 10 - 14 buis days
next - well they may take up to 21 days
next - well we have seen cases of up to 30 days

I mean what the fuck is next.. Well Joe, there have been cases of a 6 month wait.

And the worst is I was told to stop calling , that they wouldnt return my calls anymore.

You can't blame CCBill for something they have no control over... Vi$a is a fucked up company that loves to fuck with adult webmasters... I am sure it is Vi$a that is holding things up and not CCBill....

If they are not taking your calls anymore there is probally a good reason for that... like they are very busy helping other customers that are not calling on a daily basis whining like a little bitch. :winkwink:

WHINIG LIKE A LITTLE BITCH..???? why wasnt I told in the FIRST fucking place that it can take up to 30 buisness days. Thats what Im saying. I was told 7 - 10 days and I spent money on marketing planning for that that is now wasted. Thats what Im saying.
A company should treat me the same if I have 1 site or 100 sites.

What sucks about this is that during the wait period you can't process Visa, and after-all, 70% of all online transactions are done with Visa. So all this time you're wasting money on bandwidth.

CCBill has absolutely no control over the length of time a registration can take and that is as frustrating for us as it has been for our clients. We recently changed our online application process to reflect the longer than expected turn around time that we have been facing. Unfortunatley, some clients had signed up prior to that change and we understand your frustration.

We receive new registration acceptance notices on an almost daily basis, but the length of time between our sending them through our bank to Visa and their response back varies in a completely random pattern. The problem is that four sets of hands must touch and review the registration files prior to them being returned to CCBill. Each one of these points creates a bottleneck opportunity. For example, when the person responsible for final approval at Visa is on vacation, all registrations stop. If they take a two week vacation there is nothing we can do. It is ridiculous!

We agree that this "registration process" can be frustrating and burdensome. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience on this issue. We are in constant and daily talks with our bank addressing this issue and we hope that the process smoothens out in the future. Our site uses CCBill and we've had no problem with them! We've always been able to get through to them! Their not the fastest at getting back to you but usually 2 day turn around! Epoch/Paycom, they get back to me within a couple hours!

I got accepted just a few minutes ago. I understand CC Bill not the problem but they should tell people that it may be 20 - 30 biz days. Thats what im sayin.
