Lawsuit Against Visa
 

Well tonight at midnight is the deadline for Visa to respond to the legal action that PSW is taking aginst them in Federal court.

The suits charge violations of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, the Robinson-Patman Act, the Clayton Act, and others. Some info on those things are here at the Cornell archives...

Last I heard, Bubba was working part time as a gimp to pay off the legal fees.

AVN Article: 85% of all CBs are friendly fraud; a little overstated. More like 50% in the U.S. and 60% + international. I have found that it?s the charge backs on the rebills that can push you over each month.

Example: In one month you could get 6 chargebacks from some asshole in France that forgot he jerked of one night!

He calls his bank and blah, blah, blah?

Running your business under the thresholds can be done. In fact I know some people that post here have stellar CB rates. That?s even with their third party processors (you know who you are) fucking things up and actually costing their clients charge backs.

Anyways, those lawsuits, especially involving trying to sue a rather large company, can take years... I wouldn't expect anything to change really quickly.
