What are some cool scripts to start a site with, for example:

rate my pic sites
free hosting scripts
forum scripts

Anything that could be used to build a site on and isnt complete crap. Post some cool URL's here.

With Postnuke you can do all those things and more...

Well, maybe not the freehosting script off the bat...but one could be easily worked into a Postnuked site.
