Verisign and offshore merchant accounts

Has anyone established an offshore corp. and use an offshore merchant account with a processor that is compatible with Verisign? For the life of me I cannot seem to get this organized.

If anyone can provide a lead or knows an expert in the matter I'd appreciate it.

One really has nothing to do with the other

I suggest you set them up separatly.

First get Verisign and then your merchant account
Verisign is a pain in the ass to setup so you will need all kinds of documents prooving that it is a legit company. They required a Duns number from us.
If Verysign does not do off shore stuff then Thwate does and they are just as good.

I dont think the question was in regards to certificates. I would also like to know which offshore banks can work with Pay Flow Pro.
