anyone else notice how slow ibill sales have been today and yesterday?

my probilling sales are still ok but ibill is soooo slow you think its due to ibill's new style of payment options?

anyone know why this is? and its on multiple sites not just one so I know its not just a one site issue.

Seeing a few processing dropouts here on some sites today and yesterday with Ibill.
