ya rackshack is ok, if you dont spike your bandwidth, and they dont unplug you then ignore your emails, then dont get back to your and the support is shitty. half the time the support staff is either smoking blunts or playing quake. sure its 99$ month for 700 gigs. some people it has worked out for congrats, but other people have been fucked over. i guess you can pick and choose.

if you cant admin a server, dont go with them.

I had an issue with them today and it was taken care of within minutes of me placing a phone call. Any trouble ticket I've had has been taken care of within 1 hour tops. I've put tickets in at 4am and had them immediately addressed.
