I need products that build muscle mass
I want to get big big muscles so I can kick peoples asses. What are some good supplements or whatever that'll pump me up? Protein, close relatives of steroids, whatever.

without roids you are looking at a good 3 years of serious working out and even then it all depends on your current stats.
on another note kicking ass can be done without muscle if ya know how. Order the tapes from www.fight2survive.com I had the opportunity to train in person with Mike in VA but the tapoes are cool too, no bullshit fancy karate moves just straifght to the point real IDF style tactics |

Eat right is the best way to grow quality muscle, not that 'instant shit' that'll tear easily. I'm going for my benchpress record of 700lbs early next year. You don't have to be big as a house to be strong. Just quality muscle. |

I dunno, creatine may help in cellular tissue growth but I've yet to see lasting quality. I'm a natural iron pumper so my opinion is natural-wise. Putting on muscle fast with supplements I've found to be not-so-wise. Connective tissue ( i.e. tendons, ligaments ) need to grow and strenghten at their own pace. Too much muscle too fast might cause more harm than good. It don't take muscle, martial arts or any fancy shmancy stuff to kick an ass. It takes awareness FIRST and foremost. If you're sharp enough you won't need to get into a fight in the first place and if you do you'll be so aware that the other guy will look like he's moving in slow motion. If you know 'where' to strike you can do severe damage if not kill a man with a finger or an elbow. That's why street and household fights end up in tragedy so often. People don't know what the heck they're doing, strike randomly yet hit a body or face area that causes severe damage. |

We're in 2003. Unless you live in a trailer park, you don't need to use your fists in order to survive. In fact, using violence will only land you in legal trouble if you mess with the wrong people. If you fear for your safety, get yourself a gun or a stun gun.
Muscles are completely useless in a modern society. Even with women, an attractive face and/or money will get you more pussy than huge biceps. |

gotys is ALL mouth...... discovered that first hand last January.
also saw you in the hallway of the Venetian gotys, a night later... you remember? You wouldn't even look at me. I remember your mouth here last year.... prior to the show..... and I know what I found in Vegas a few months later. A pencil necked geek with nothing to say. :glugglug |
Any good pro-hormone pre workout will do. Along with a lot of food and at least a half gallon of water a day you should do well.
I've found that ZMA at night before bedtime on an empty stomach speeds recovery like nothing else. Also Designer Whey has a great new protein on the market. It breaks down slower so you don't have the usual protein spike and dropoff. Drink a scoop or two 45 minutes after a workout anytime in the afternoon and right before bed 20 after popping that ZMA and you are ready to grow. Creatine is overrated. All your 'growth' is only increased water volume in your muscles. Stop taking it... and shrink. Get dehydrated... and you will shrink. Take it or leave it I say. |

If your serious about getting size, get with a REAL personal trainer, my trainer, Diana Dennis (www.dianadennis.com) is awsome, you will need to have a diet made for you that fits your goals, then work out with the trainer on a regular basis. You can do it on your own, but without the diet you wont get anywhere.
I know a few things about lifting, at 16, I was ranked in the top 5 powerlifters in the nation (for my gender and age group), I have set 3 state records in powerlifting, I won the 1999 silver state natural bodybuilding competition plus alot fo other stuff. Get a good diet, thats the key, you need your weight taken, bodyfat percentage and height, then he/she can tell you how much protein and carbs you need to be taking in to accomplish your goals. |
you can try NO2, invented by the guy who made creatine. worked really well for me.

man beer is the only supplement you need for kicking peoples ass!
drink about 8 pints of strong beer then you will be hard as a motherfucker and ready go kick some ass! |
Here is what you need Anabolic Roids , tell them that Chad from CyberHosting4You sent you and he will hook you up.

http://www.supplementwholesaler.com/...ufacturerId=11 there is good shit on there. a stacked friend of mine gave me that link when i wanted to "bulk" up... you want the cell tech and the nitro tech. be sure to drink LOTS of water while you are taking these, and use as directed, with a daily workout routine.

Try GHB
:1orglaugh |
I honestly feel you should consider a long term solution. Hard work in the gym, and if you feel it to be necessary, a protein drink twice a day.
I DO have some designer whey after my workout, but try to get lots of chicken and tuna the rest of the day instead. Red meat is also necessary, but take it easy with that. But that's just me. Roids or whatever, they seem like fake solutions, the hitbots of the exercise world (To make an analogy). I simply work out for long term health and strength rather than looking huge though. Everyone has their reasons. |
