CCbill

For the love of god! Please get your stats fixed. You fix one area "home" and "transactions" and another goes down. I'm tired of hitting the "Report Bug" button and not getting any results.

Its a weekly thing with you guys.. Between missed bad checks that you come back and charge us for months later, your intense scrubbing and your stats going down everyother day, your tech department that cant answer simple questions, it makes us wonder what the hell is going on over there. Just because the choices for processors are thining should not mean your level of service should decrease. Thats all I have seen as well as many others.

You guys have been awesome and I love you guys to death, but jesus... this is just bullshit. You guys are frinking expensive and I don't think its to much to ask for your "expensive" stuff to work. Please give us what we/I pay thousands a month for.

Don't icq me asing what the problem I am having with your admin... you know what the problems are....fix them.

You guys know me and you know I would never say all this unless I was totally fed up.

Restore my faith.... would you please?

Why man? We retain 54% of them and the rebill forever. It's still more then worth it.

skitten 09-16-2003 06:27 PM

WHY doesn't CCBill allow us the option to withhold access to the site until the customer's check clears?! It seemed to be working fine with other processors - it would eliminate 99% of the problem with checks being returned.

This is not real real issue. I dont mind takng the risk on checks, what i do mind is when they screw up and "forget" to charge me for bad checks, then come back months later and bill me for them. Then.. when they go to bill me... make a mistake and screw that process up also. Sightng the email I just got from them stating there latest accounting fuck up!

Grrrrr

I've asked this question for the past yr and I've been getting the same answer. A few weeks ago, I almost joined a site using a different processor and they said, it would take 7 days for the check to clear... so, I used my credit card because I wanted immediate access. I love ccbill also but this is a valid question.

CCBill is still the best in the business anyway.

Geez... You sure you didn't mean "Ibill" instead of CCBill? This sounds like the exact kind of stuff people bitch about when they talk about Ibill.

Over the last two weeks CCBill has had more problems than just reporting stats. They're not going to tell us about it so that's the way it is.

Hopefully they'll work it out.

I was told by CCBill they are already working on this.

^^As stated above ^^

Everyone has unexpected problems come up... as long as they are aware of them and are correcting them... what more can you ask?

I like CCBill - and I hope nothing is wrong, it's just kind of unnerving, as many of us have already experienced devastating losses due to the demise of other processors....

There needs to be a better system.
