You know the sites with "semi-extreme" content like pissing, fisting or menstruation, which are being operated, hosted and processed in the US and by the US companies. These ones are legal according civil laws and illegal according obscenity practice...

I want to open another one, what do you think? In EU we don't have any problems with it, but since the biggest players are on the other side of the ocean I will really appreciate your opinions :thumbsup

Under the last U.S. Supreme Court ruling, each locality gets to choose.

So if a few guys in a trailer park in Kentucky think your web site is obscene, it is. If they can get 12 friends on a jury to agree, that is.

So, they may find a blow job "patently offensive". Before you protest that that is absurd, consider in the last wave of prosecutions (pre-Clinton) that is exactly the kind of material that sent people to jail.

"Extreme" is just the bait. There is the higher liklihood they could find a jury to convict, and in the case of girlspooping.com an even better chance that you will settle for a year in jail and 70K or so fine (they did) rather than face your neighbors on the witness stand while the poop flies in the background on the video screen.

So the correct answer is, if you show a dick or pussy it could be considered obscene, somewhere, in some community in the U.S.

Actually, the conservatives right now are pissed at Ashhahahahaha. They don't want the prosecutions to focus on extreme videos, but want to equally prosecute "mainstream sex" as well.

Personally, I wouldn't sell anything I would be embarassed to have to go to jail for.

It all depends on where you live. Extreme content in the US is rather risky right now, extreme content in the EU can be safe and profitable :glugglug (just make sure you don't have your servers in the US or anything)
