Depending on what you need done, it may be better to pay per task on a recurring basis.

What is the work you need to have done?

i'd be interested in hearing as well. Their prices are attractive, but who knows how much experience these guys really have.

Bear , we have the same kind of program if you dont have good luck with them hit me up , i am sure we can help out , they are good guys there i can say that much , i do know a couple of people that did use them and didnt say bad , for there work wize i dont know they havnt did work for us , but again if you dont like how they do things give us a yell .

we have many programs and way to work with the person , our main site isnt done yet tho here is some of the latest work .

I just want to ask them to do tgp posting every day and may be some movie encoding(i might need to mail the source). I caluate the cost, it's cheaper to ask these guys to do the posting everyday, rather than using those submission services.

$7.50 a day for submission, you supply the bandwidth for the movies. If you want us to cut the vids, we can do it cheaply as well (as well as make custom galleries for them).

i'd also like to know if anyone here has used them, and how it went. there are regular graphics projects we do like banners and avs promo pages, and this could be very helpful.

Actually, all jobs are very routine, no creactive things inside. I have my designer and programmer. So all I need them to do is encoding and tgp posting job.

I have used Adult Outsourcing for several months now and they are great - for what you need Bear you can't get it any better or cheaper. They are very quick learners, educated, and very hard working. I think the reason a lot of people give them a pass is because their prices are so cheap. I can tell you that you will NOT be disappointed and I highly recommend them :thumbsup

prostock, the problem i have with your posts is that someone was asking about adultoutsourcing experiences, NOT asking for other programs like theirs. i, too, would like to hear from more people who have used adultoutsourcing.

in my opinion, spamming doesn't make you look very professional.

you know how many people spam on me and so on sorry i learn it from the gfyers here LOL and gee looks like many other did it to not just me and i was at least nice to give a good word of them !

well, i would say that they are really professional, quick learners etc etc
but nonetheless it took 8 hours everyday for my outsourced guy to build and submit ONE gallery to 60 tgps.

at the end the revenue generated didn't equal 750 $. still i think that they can be a good option for design work :2 cents:

why not just pay $7.50 per day for 200 TGP submits and fresh gallery design? plus we provide hosting

i believe people who had used our services were glad/happy enough...cause we offer a 1week free trial first and if the free trial is not good then they can just walk away free of charge.

basically i need a designer - one who is already familiar with photoshop. so has anyone had experience with adultoutsourcing with respect to designers?

I have known the owner of adult outsourcing for years now. Real stand up guy.

I use their services, and they work great. Do have to admit, I have gone through a few of the webmasters before finding one I liked.

But, that was the case when used to outsource admin people at a real job. Nice thing about outsourcing, don't like the worker, tell the outsourcer you want another...no fuss no muss.

They are giving a free week trial so you can find out if the worker is what you want.

The jury is still out for me, I'll let you know at the end of this month whether or not I'm keeping mine.

On another note, if you have tedious repetitive grunt work that needs to be done I hear they're really good for that.
I know someone who has 3 of those guys going full time color correcting images. In the long run this is going to save them tens of thousands of dollars in labor costs, compared to what it would cost to hire and train people in house to do the exact same work.

BUT, be prepared to spend alot of time training them to do things your way.
Its not like using a gallery submit service where you just send off the galleries and let them do their thing, or telling Sharky "here's my content build me a teen paysite" there's alot of hand holding and explaining involved.
