why not keep on paypals ass and show them his billing address is the same as the shipping address... seems simple enough. if not post his name so noone else dose business with him.. ofcourse if you can proved he charged back, like a Screen shot or something.

send him some complimentary lube but fill the lub container with Super Glue

send him an email saying that you accidentally charged an extra 253 bucks to his cc and tell him that in order to remove it he needs to send you an email with the proper billing info shipping info and his original transaction number see if he responds

1.)I have all the emails proving from his paypal email.

2.)He even said the program works great on his paypal emai.

3.)Decides that he wants money back then blocks my aim screen name.

4.)I called paypal. They said they would email me with the Sales rep fraud whatever dept.
