national-net the best adult host?
 

i keep on hearing national net is the best adult host out there why is that?

their support is 2nd to fucking none

i hear some of the big boys are hosted with them..

but big boys got big paper to be able to afford big hosting

i think a lot of the bigger companies use them.

do they have 24/7 icq support?

they have a ticket system, think they would go nuts talk to all them customers on icq :P
they usually solve my tickets within minutes so can't complain.

it's a support ticket system, all are answered in a matter of moments!

We have some servers through national net and they are all rock solid and have yet to have a major problem. Talk to Jeff if you are looking for a great deal on hosting.

WebAir rocks.. been really good and even when the power went out in NY a while back they had enough generator power to last another 20 days.. Plus well You cant be the prices..

The guys at Nat Net are good no doubt about that however for cost of the service my :2 cents: would have to go with webir.com also.

Not knocking nat net in any way their guys kow their shit there are just so many variables to look at when choosing a host hence why we chose webair :thumbsup

I've used several companies. National Net is the best ever. I push TERABYTES of data every month and there's never a problem with NatNet.

Customer support is SUPERB: open a work ticket and it's done in less than 10 minutes. ALWAYS!

I think it is the opinion of most in the industry, including other hosts...

We are the BEST. If you call at 4am, you get an answer from someone who knows what they are doing.

We don't build our service to be cheap.... we don't hire cheap administrators, we don't buy cheap hardware, we don't contract cheap bandwidth providers. But even still, we are competitive in pricing.

Nat Net is fucking great.... but they are expensive. Not dogging them in any way. We use em and love em.

Sweet T, Matt and Bill are cool. Great location. Stable. Awesome data center.

I am, quite possibly, the smallest client of Nat-Net.

I have only one site hosted with nat-net (short history: it is my very first site; it is a shitty site, but it was picked up by Yahoo; with all this recent NetworkSolutions crap to change hosts, I lost my password and couldn´t move to cheaper hosting, as I did with all my other sites; instead of trying to fight NS red tape, I just kept this one site hosted with Nat-Net), my bill is nothing more than a couple of dollars a month.

Despite of this, the support I get from Nat-Net is absolutely the best I get from any other host I have or had; service tickets are replyed in minutes; any questions are promptly answered; never - in about four years - have I had any serious problem with them.
