no really the easiest would be to setup a simple network 2 nic cards and your set

If you don't have nics in both machines, you could transfer the files by null modem. Its slow has heck though.

yes its called a crossover cable and u just shove the both ends in pcs and it works... :thumbsup

yup $2,99 crossover cable (or twisted pair its called) will do, laplink does USB firewire etc as well, or buy a $30 64meg USB key easier then that isnt possible...

Yup USB memory sticks are most easy....and portable.
