What are your personal monthly bills?
 

I just finished my budget and I owe 5300.00 a month, last year it was a lot less. That is without business expenses....so what do you pay a month to live?

I pay most shit through my business ie: food, entertainment, shit like that as much as my accountant says i can

nope...i keep the books clean for the most part. that is just what i pay to live: townhouse, condo fees, cars, insurance, creditcards, wifes school loans...etc...

i remember those days...i just gota 2240.00 water bill in the mail today along with a 726 dollar gas and electric bill..i have some trees that have to watered but normal water bill is only 450 every two months...something is up

We recently got a HUGE water bill but when we called to ask about it they said we probably had a leak. They said to fix it and then bring them a signed statement saying it was repaired. We found the leak, fixed it and took them the statement. Then they credited us everything over our normal average bill.

Seriously though, do you find that leasing vehicles is better than purchasing them? I've always been curious. I only own one vehicle but am interested in the leasing idea. Owning is wondering....except when paying mechanic bills.

Phone...cable...host...booze...cigs...food...gas for the vehicles...is about the extent of it...and I don't keep track of what that costs. I pay all of my insurances annually. My real estate investments pay for themselves...and everything else is paid for.
