a dvd burning question
 

We started selling dvds and I didnt expect so many non-us orders. I use TMPGEnc Plus for encoding it offers PAL ,if I encode to PAL and then make the dvd thru MY dvd. I burn dvd+r ,should they be able to play that overseas?
