If Heaven or Hell does exist..
 

Does this mean that the millions of alien civilizations out there in the universe (because we have to be pretty selfish thinking we are alone with trillions of galaxies) will be with us when we die? I don't want to spend eternity with gooey alien souls.

Cast your mind back, the coming death is your second death, you were dead for an eternity before you were born. :thumbsup

Well if there is a heaven and hell like the bible says, the bible only talks about this universe. So maybe there is a different god and heaven and hell for each universe! But then again, I don't believe in that religion bs. So there isn't anything besides other universes!

He was talking about galaxies, not universes.

The existence of heaven or hell is independent of your belief in it. It's either there or isnt, and depending on the religion you believe in, ignorance of faith usually gets you in hell. So if there is one, all of the aliens who dont believe in the right god will be in hell. :)

The EPR paradox is actually solved with the introduction of a new particle, which binds existence of feasible probability densities. Perhaps nature is not above letting humankind traverse it's own reality? Since most Earthlike planets appear dead it might be safer to hole up for a few million years with some religion until wisdom finally overtakes it.

come on man, even if you took HS chemistry you know that 'all energy must be conserved' when working out chemical equations...

our bodies hold energy, so when it shuts down it must go somewhere and be accounted for...


and even at the BASEst level it will become 'potential energy' (ie fertilizer or food for insects/animals) so there is some sort of 'life after death' even if it's not in the nice picture of chillen with JC in white robes, etc...
