Which logo do you guys prefer the first or the second?

i payed for the first logo but all my employees liked the second logo, but i never got a hold of the person that made the second logo.

if anyone is aware of the guy that made the second one can you have him contact me so i can pay him too. and possibly have him redo our website as well

AMP is right - u don't want that type of Photoshoppy artwork for a corporate logo, you want Illustrator type vector art that can be printed on letterhead and a hundred other things easily.
