Ok, is there something wrong with my program.. (see sig).. granted I have only had this up for a week now, but I thought I would have had at least one affiliate sign up by now... besides myself that is...

So, can anyone tell me what is wrong besides...

1. being brand new
2. having only one site live
3. that site only costing 8.95

can anyone offer some advice to help me gett his thing off the ground?

raise the price we did the same no webmaster is interested in 50% of 8,95

Get a couple of 1000 pics in the members area and raise it to $24,95 then talk to the right ppl to promote it, buy traffic, post on tgps etc etc

no, not a ballon site... just softcore nude... girls in their birthday suit.. ballons are just birthday party items to keep a theme.

There are three problems... :2 cents:

my eyes hurt

not much content yet.. been putting a lot of time and $$ into jessiewaters.com. There was a death in her family 4 days before the site launched... so I had to put that on hold till she gets ready to shoot again..

So, I took all the content I purchased over the last two months and a set or two from jessie and made that site up to tie things over till she gets back..

I figure 8.95 was a good and fair price for what I have to offer at this time.. (gotta watch chargebacks... do not want to mislead people)... I figure once some $$$ comes in, I can buy more content and add to the site..

Lensman just put a site up for 9.95, there must be something to it because lensman knows his stuff.

I like the look of your program, but $8.95 is nowhere near enough, plus softcore is really hard to promote.

I started a program a few weeks ago to help promote my exclusive extreme site and within the first week I had around 15 affiliates sign up (however only one is sending a good amount of traffic)

It is pretty easy to get affiliates to sign up to a site that is more hardcore in nature as they know these sites are easy to convert to sales. So I would not expect to be overwhelmed with interest.

Have you got your site listed on all the different webmaster sites? Mine is listed on around 40 of them and this brings in a bit of webmaster traffic each day.

I know hardcore sells.. I just personally don't like it and have a hard time working with it. A barrier I will have to overcome. Plus, I shoot out of my house.. and I do not want other people bodily fluids on my furniture... I need to find some cheap office space.

I need an investor is what I really need.. get it out of my house, hire more girls.... keep moving forward. Then I can think of doing hard core...

Hell I have a girl begging me to get s site starte for her... she will do anything... HC, GG, Bondage.. pretty much open to it all... but I have no place to shoot her.

Fuck the furniture, get hardcore NB as it's the only way you will move forward. You can get softcore to sell (not that I'd know) but it doesn't seem like you have the resources to make that happen. :glugglug

If you took a look at my site you would see that I don't use my dick much (apart from golden shower action) I mainly use my fist.

Anyway that's my thing and giving surfers what they don't wan't is your thing.

But having said that you should not limit yourself just because you don't like looking at dicks. The surfers want sex, whether it's extreme or just plain hardcore.

no, I agree, it's about what they like and not what I like.. but that is a hang up I have to work on. But if I cannot get excited about a project.. (not sexualy excited) I cannot design around it... so untill I can afford to hire a designer that can do that work forme.. or until I can overcome my hangups about working with dick... I have to do what I can with what I can...

But no.. I have to live here.. shooting nudes is one thing in my home.. but the other is just a bit tto much, not only for me but my GF as well. Afterall, I have to take her feelings intot his as well.

I probally work with this other girl tht wants a HC site.. she is not that great looking but she will do well as a HC girl. at least so i have been told.

Started building galleries to get traffic.. got that down with no problem.. ok.. the traffic part was no problem.. the galleries were good, the text was bad... that will be my biggest problem...

Fonts are too small and the pink background really is a strain on the eyes.

Enlarge the fonts a size or two, get some cool graphics and a ricking background color that is easy on the eyes.

100 sales nets $300. I can do 10 sales on my affiliates and do the same thing. Softcore conversions are going to take a much higher ratio than hardcore / fetish.

Rent a hotel room for a shoot, Get a room in a local rooming house or apartment is a really funky end of town that is cheap.

If I was in the traffic trading business, and if I understood my traffic, I would send traffic anywhere even if it paid me $1.00.
God forbid you spend an hour setting up links to have the possibility of making a couple hundred extra a month.

NB,
Go talk to someone who understands their traffic and ask them if they have a list that would be interested in that type of content. Most likely if they understand their traffic they will have a general idea of how much they will make off the traffic they send you, and will be happy to toss some your way.

Thanks sassy.... yea.. I mean how hard is it to stick a banner on your TGP and see what happens? I did it.. works for me... getting hits to my site.. but I do not get a lot of traffic to my TGP's anymore since I have started this I have nto had the time to put into to it so the hits have dropped, in one month, I went from 400+ thousand visitors to 250+ thousand visitors..

I know I do not have much to offer yet... but I am working on it.

Planning hosted galleries, more sites with bigger $ memberships.. and a lot more... but, we all start at the bottom and workour way up... today is day 5.. not worried yet... U have received some good advice from some people and I thank you all for it.

Please don?t get me wrong I wish you all the best but I think that you need to sit back and take a long hard look at what you are trying to do.
