Best Software to Convert CD to Mp3..

I wanted to copy some of my cd's to mp3's so I can listen to them on my rio. Any suggestions on the best free/pay software to do this?

Audiograbber with the Fraunhofer codec makes the best quality rips. You can rip all the way up to 320k
