yeah why sell it on ebay and pay fees. this site has a ton of people that are in the market for that camera. i would definitely check here before ebay.

Hey we have a Canon xl-1 for sale it is in great condition...it is 2 years old and has about a 100 hours on it...it has a light with an extra battery, shoulder harness with xl plug ins, a couple nd filters and a polarizer filter, two chargers, a couple other extras ...I will toss in a box of tapes(10)....make a decent offer and it is yours...the camera is super clean. just one flaw but it was repaired(the hot shoe mount fell off but it was fixed)...
