have you ever heard of "russian encashment"?

so noone of you ever heard something about it? i can't believe it... in germany and the netherlands it is very popular, because many costumers don't pay for services. this "russian encashement" brakes some arms or legs until the money is payed....

isn't it a good idea?

i'm talking about "russian money hunters" which make psychic and physic terror to the person which owes me money and never pays...

i know that... i just wanted your opinions and experiences about or with that guys :O)
