A friend of mine had a similar problem a couple months back...

Well to be honest i only shot them an email like 12 hours ago but to me its kinda an important question so i figure it can be that hard to read it and reply to it during office hours if youre running a webmaster program.

And the icq which according to them is in use during office hours doesnt seem to be in use at all.

I always had the same problem with teenflood.com (same owners)
Very hard to reach but when you finally get in touch with them they were always very helpful.

Sorry about the bump but i see no other way of getting to contact them.
