1 lb of beef/cut in to 1/4 inch cubes
1 lb of pork/cut in to 1/4 inch cubes brown the meat 1 medium chopped onion 1 half chopped bell pepper 1 large tomato/diced 1-2 chopped garlic cloves 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 1/2 teaspoon of cumin 1-2 teaspoons of salt 2-lids full of your favorite chili powder 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper 1 small can of tomato sauce Dump into the browned meat. add water until all ingredients are covered. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 1 1/2-2 hours (may have to add more water if you have the heat to high...but just enough to cover the ingredients.) Enjoy along with some heated flour tortteos. |

1/2 medium head cabbage, sliced
3 slices bacon, diced 1 onion, thinly sliced 1 cup cubed cooked ham 1 tablespoon butter 3 cups potatoes - baked, cooled and thinly sliced 1/2 teaspoon paprika salt and pepper to taste Directions 1 In a medium saucepan, cook cabbage in a small amount of water for about 5 minutes, or until tender. Drain, and set aside. 2 In a well-seasoned cast iron skillet, cook bacon and onion until onion is soft and bacon is cooked. Add ham, and cook until heated through. Add butter, then mix in the cooked cabbage and potatoes. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned on bottom, turn, and brown again. |
1 can of beans
4 slice of bread toast the bread till golden brown. Heat the beans till warm throughout. Pour beans over toast and you have beans and toast! :thumbsup |

6 ounces of unsweetened chololate
6 ounces (3/4 cup) of marijuana 4 eggs 1 tablespoonful of vanilla 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 1/2 cups of honey 4 cups of flour 3 tablespoons of Jack Daniels (optional) Greased 9x12 baking dish or pan Melt chocolate in a double-boiler saucepan, add butter and honey, mix well, add eggs and mix again, add salt and vanilla, mix again, add flour, mix again. Pour into pan. Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven. Allow 1 hour to cool and set before cutting. Cut into 2 inch squares and place in gallon sized ziploc bag for storage or freezing. |
