Good gallery, although you might want to change the wording on the "Updated very often" to "Frequent Updates". I just sounds like more :)

Sorry bro, it's terrible. Look at it from a surfers perspective, you'll see what I mean... the marketing needs work. Hire out a gallery designer, you'll be much happier with the results.

Could you be a lil more specific?
Is that that it would take a lot of time to load the page, and what exactly needs to be done about marketing?

Needs borders around the thumbs. I don't like the neon green text at all. And I think the text between the rown of thumbs should extend all the way to the edges of the thumb table. The marketing needs a little work to make the text more "horny".

Other than that I think it's very nice. I especially like the work at the top. :)

I tried to think up some "horny" sounding text.. it all sounded so stupid or over played....

Do you think these people actually read the text? or do they just look at the pics and if they like what they see enter and join?

I usually get good clicks into the sponsors... it's the sales after they get to the sponsor site that are lacking...

Maybe I need a good writer....

THe only thing I would change is the buttom text ad's animated stroke color. I would change it to darker color to make it more visible.
Overall it's nice :)

Oh, they read. Trust me. I have tons of experience designing AVS sites, BYOT's, galleries... and EVERY time, the sites that I spend lots of time creating sexy text for outperform those that I spend more time on graphics. Most of my stuff converts like mad because I spend time on the text.
