Netbilling should be on that list. They are stronger than any of the 3rd party processors because they do not take the merchant account risk. That makes us very comfortable.

Good point, but out of the ones listed i would say paycom/epoch & ccbill. Any newer or smaller ones will be washed out with all the fines Visa is laying on them

If Verotel wasn't down so much they would be the best performer. CCbill has the most rediculous scrub rate, it must be so frustrating getting those dreaded decline emails. Ibill has such a bad reputation, and Epoch people vote for themselves. :)
