CCbill - what's their service like??
Just joined with ccbill, however there was some problem with part 2 of the application form....I sent them an email over 14 hours ago but i've yet to receive a reply from them.
Is this kind of service the norm ? with most other billers (except ibill who are a joke) i get a reply within 1-2 hours which i expect if there is some problem with my site. 14 hours without billing could really put a large whole in the days takings. |
You can call them on the phone and get instant service.

yeah, I mailed them for a day ago and then again 10 hours ago from 2 different mails and it was a very easy questin and its important that i get a answer today.

Occasionaly I havent received replys.. But just give em a call.. always available by phone, never have to wait and get they will get the job done right away :thumbsup

I gave CCBill a lot of referrals they were the first CC processor that didn't steal the funds, hire $6.25/hour homeless people or drive headlong straight into chargeback hell. Basically the first honest + grass roots processor.

CCBIll's service is very good. I was disappointed, however, when they closed my account without warning. I'm now with iBill, who thus far has been specific about what content needs to be tweaked to keep the credit card companies happy. Had CCBIll been willing to work with me in such a manner I'd definately still be with them.

CCBill has the best customer service by far. One thing that is really cool - is that it seems that they assign one person to handle your account for the most part - which is great, because it is more personal and very effective. I'm guessing that they delay in answering your email may be due to the recent demise of Global sale.
Processors I have used in the past were just a never-ending parade of techs who did not know what was going on. |
