Get something quality and affordable. Remember cars depreciate fast in value, same as driving around with dollars coming out of your exhaust pipe.

E-class. 5 series suck

Mercedes. The Infiniti Jeep or G35 would probably be better. The Infiniti jeep is quickly turning into one of the hottest cars on the street.

That is a tough one. Which Merc E? Which BMW 5 series.....You really can't go wrong with either. However, if you are thinking 5 why not bump yourself up to a 7? Now, that is a hands down winner!!!!!

new BMW 5 series is packed up like Mercedes S class.
I'd say if you like wearing something easy like jeans or sportware ya better get that Bimmer. But if you preffer an order, and solid forms then definitely Mercedes.
And imho Mercedes got soul, and Bimmer doesn't.
