55751 email addresses, all valid - run thru an email checker, all real people who opted on a list - how much would it be worth?

50 bucks

mail it ten times, see how much you make, double that, call that figure "a", cut the list into three pieces. sell each for $a.

It depends on how much information it includes. If it has the following:

Name, Address, Zip Code, sexual preference, IP ADDRESS USED WHEN OPTING IN (important), Date joined, and other such details, it might be worth a couple thousand..

If it doesn't it is worth however much you can sell it for..
