468*60 sig banners w/ affiliate codes?
 

What's with people that aren't associated with a sponsor at all and throw up their banner in their sig with their affiliate code?

Can an affiliate throw a triplexcash/adult.com/ars/socal etc... banner in their sig if that company is advertising on gfy?

Yes, they can, as long as the company you are promoting has a top banner at the time. Smaller paid banners on the site don't count.
