SIG question: Do you really make money off your sig
 

I'm reading it here day after day.

So what's the dilly with sigs? Do other webmasters rent your sig space???

Or is it all bs?

How come we're told you need 1,000 posts to get a sig but I see some guys with less than 50 with a sig?

I whored myself for spare change.

I dont know where to start......

this month,no...but every other month...at least 500 a month

You know, I wanna know if people are actually making money with their sigs? Cuz I do. :) But I'm a different subject.

this month was the first month I ever rented out my sig and the last..i only promote sites I believe in or sites I have my hand in

my sig is doing okay and the prog is still beta

I'm gonna hit 1,000 posts within 2 weeks I figure and it's better to know before hand. As much as I post on this board I shoulda hit 2,000 2 years ago but was away for awhile.

Is your sig your affiliate prog or is it rented out????

Very few sigs are rented out and you having 1000 posts wont make a damn bit of difference. It will be hard to get over $50 for your sig space.

I made good money with my sig when it was in excess of the allowed size.

Now I make zippo.

Well all I gotta say is that you sure put your money where your sig is.

And donated it to charity to boot!

I think it's a great idea. My fave charity are children's hospitals like St. Jude's.

No kid should spend time in a hospital like that.

Yes, I can see the value here as it is with the gaming forums and sig space. Lotsa guys trade their space for this or that.

Actually I've found quite a lot of interesting programs presented in sigs I've not seen elsewhere.
