Normally (i.e., when other billing companies are not going out of business; GloBill, GloboSale, Website Billing, DutchBilling, ACPay/EGS or when other processors are not cutting off processing for entire regions - remember Nov 15, 2002) we tend to answer e-mails within 24-48 hours. However, due to the expected influx of inquiries due to this last closure (their message indicated that this will affect over 6000 merchants...) you should expect some delays in responding to e-mails.
