these cock smokers decided to protect my email box for me. i pay them to host my email not scrub the fuck out of it.

i missed literally hundreds of emails in a matter of 4 days alone that were meant for my inbox.

is it just me or should a host allow thier customers to police thier own damned inboxs on thier own damned time.

the cock holsters SHITTY blocking software blocked all communications from my other hosts, and all communications from my servers that send me all kinds of logs and such.

What you forgot to specify is that the emails you were expecting were replies to the spam you sent, and that you don't make the difference between real emails, and emails filtered by other isps

And btw and we don't filter emails.

that dude is a fucking douche bag, they were not spam emails. but rather i have my own email accounts in my mailing lists and they dont get in, i sent all of about 5 emails off thier servers in the last week.

After all this situation we asked one of our sys admins to check the whole situation from the start and he found that customer "WHY" used a wrong email (spelling mistake) on his script.

That wasnt our problem but the customers since he was the guy that setup the script.

Next time " WHY " be 100% before you accuse someone.
