The second winner will be a randomly picked person who has posted his/her name and icq/email. I will choose the second winner based on my own discretion, and will do so not long after the 40th poster has been chosen. Both winners will be announced as soon as they are chosen.

Details:

1) only 2 people who posts his/her name and icq and/or email, will recieve this special promotion. The first will be the 40th person to post it, and the second will be a random selection by me. Both will be announced here in this thread.

2) We will not design anything that portrays beastiality, CP, rape, or anything illigal. We reserve the right to deny any requests, and will reopen the contest upon this happening.

3) The free design will contain 1 splash, 1 tour, 1 join page, and 1 animated banner. Anything extra can be given for an agree'd upon price.
