How do you ban an URL from sending you traffic?
 

I've got this guy who sends me traffic and I told him that I didn't want to exchange links with him anymore because his traffic is worthless but he still has my link(s) on his site so I was wondering if anyone knows how I could block his site(s) from sending me his bullshit users.

htaccess redirect to dialer?

You can use .htaccess, but it will use a little bit of your server resources to check all the incoming traffic.
