You have your AntiVirus program set to delete attachments containing viruses. When Eudora attempts to save the file, it does not exist because it was deleted.

Nope. That's not it, since I don't run antivirus programs automatically.

Outdated filter?

Maybe you try to move emails to deleted folders by filters and you have never updated them?

Maybe it's WinXP
