According to their website they do not have tech support 24/7...it says tech support is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

I have a site on a virtual server with them. If anyone here has a site on a virtual server with them...is there a way for me to set up an SQL database or does a tech have to do it?

Most likely a tech will need to do that for you.

I offer my clients the ability to add there own MySQL servers 7x24 via an easy to use control panel :)
