Does CandidCam Support Exist??
 

It has been over a week now or trying to get a hold of these guys. The support in this industry fucking sucks.

Why anyone is still with Candid is beyond me!

I totally agree let me tell you. But this was a deal from long ago but I have really had it with them. The links work then they don't then they do. I would think a content provider would have good support but I must be from another planet.

The plot thickens, both numbers on the whois with Network Solutions are disconnected and I get this message when doing a whois through directnic.com

Hey we moved from Candid to Webair and it's doing great for us!

anything with the word candid in it and i run in the other direction

i reckon i could do the 100 metres in 10 flat in the opposite direction.

Candid's servers and fast and reliable, however, you can't get their tech folks to do anything. If things don't improve soon, we're moving our servers elsewhere too.

Go to directnic.com and do a whois on them, there domain may be gone soon if they don't have correct whois info. We are with SinHost and they rock.

Ill see if I can help you out...but CandidCam has NO affiliation what so ever with CandidHosting anymore...two different companies.

But, Like I said, hit me up...Ill take care of the issues, if I can.
