I can't remember a time that anything like this has happened before. I know it has at other theme parks.

The guy should have played the lottery instead of going to disnyland. He would rich with the odds he just beat.

these things happen but they usually cart the injurd off the disneyland grounds because it is supposed to be sacred and no one is supposed to die at disneyland.

yea that was one of my fav rides aswell. I allways pictured that happening though... most of the time it was when I was rideing it.

Hmmm....wonder how many new employees they'll get at my university once the word of THIS gets out. Yikes!

a couple years ago there was a show on tv over here about injuries at Disney World in Florida. It was full of people that had been injured - some seriously - at Disney World and who never saw a single cent from Disney. In Orlando at least they have involvements with so many of the personal injury lawyers in the town that it is almost impossible to find one that is able to take a case up against Disney.

One case was when one of the electric light parade vehicles went wrong and crashed into a kid and burned her badly. Never saw a cent.

I don't know if they have the same kind of hold in Anaheim but I hear the Disneyland jail is fun.
