Should we do a PornGraph Premium 1x1 invisible gif counter?
 

I've had a few people ask me about it and we've thought about it a bit.

Should we offer a pay for use 1x1 invisible gif version of PornGraph? (a number of people on here use it so please hold your spam comments)

Anyway, if you think we should offer it, in what price range should we offer it? Should it be a tiered cost system? i.e. 0-10,000 unq $x, 10,001-50,0001 unq, $y, etc.

Any feedback is welcome.

Most tgps frown on visible counters and the visibility of the counter actually only serves to take away the focus from moneymaking sponsors.

This is a polite way of asking a question like this, not like the moron above.

There are a number of reasons why people would.

1) they can't use a server side stats program

2) they want 3rd party stats for advertising reasons

3) they want a relative view of their traffic vs. others

4) they are a large site and they want to show off :)

5) log parser stats aren't as good at some things as image based counters area

and more. There are a number of reasons as well as disadvantages to using a system like porngraph.

The reason for this is it costs us more to count a million uniques a day than it does to count 500. Also, sites that do a million unq a day can afford more. So rather than average the price out and have it too high for the smaller sites, we figured a tired system would be the best.

Don't forget, we still offer the free service. We're just considering offering a pay service for those who might want it. We've been approcached by a few people for it so I figured I would get an opinion from you guys.
