why does my site suck?
 

why can't I get prod above 160%
why can't I return above 80%

i have skimming at 50% and bottom 20 text links of each category set at 100% to trades

any suggestions please?

im with him on that. Maybe if anything, cut off the last 5 or so links in each category, and put a link that says "More..." and have it go to a second page

The site is TOO SMALL !

That's all there is to it. You barely have 1K on your top list.
You're gonna lose a good chunk of your traffic no matter what your site looks like and with such a small base, there's nothing left to measure.

Also, with a site that small... you may be losing your surfers to a 'better' site in your trades.

Cause everytime you click on a link it takes you elsewhere.. You have no gallery links.. The first link should always be linked to a gallery to keep them there....

All the links have the same wording

make them unique. so it looks like they arent gonna get fucked

Honest, when surfers see a site like that they hit the back button.
you want the surfer to stay around and click a gallery or two.
Its nice it they can tell the galleries from the links to other sites.

Make your skim 55% and add f=1 to the galleries. That might help
