Good MP3 or audio tools?
 

I have an MP3 file that's encoded at 192Kbps with a file size of 109MB, but the original recording wasn't too good and so the audio has some background "fuzz".

Are there any good tools that can be used to touch up the audio/remove fuzz/improve quality?
