hey guys just playing around on a site lay out , what do you think so far ??

Your members/join/tour links aren't visible until the user scrolls down. You don't want that. Keeping with that design, i'd move the video image up to the top of that middle bit, slap in a members/join/tour link below (which would be visible when the page loads), and then add another row of thumbs at the side so you can fit in another video image. :2 cents:

yes there is way more to do just playing with it now to see what feel we have with it and go from there

you are on the right track...just make sure visitors dont have to go all the way to the bottom to find the tour links..
