Is it just my account
 

Yesterday I used paypal to transfer money into my bank account and today went to check the status of the payment and after I logged in I was asked a lot of questions like the bank account number or credit card number and then on teh next apge I was asked to change my password and the security questions.

After I have done that I was in my account and saw that my transfer was cancelled becasue my account was put on restricted use so now I don't know what is the problem is my account back in use after I have changed all the info they asked because I just withdraw the same amount of money again and it went thru just as yesterday but after few hours the transfer was cancelled yesterday.

I got charged $10.00 USD for the withdrawall as a penalty after I transfered the money and not before.

\Why did they let me make a withdrawall if my account was put on restricted use until I fill in teh details when I wasn't askted to fill in the details before I made the transfer.

I think they did this to many people just to charge them the $10.00 fee for no reason.
