its good to take a few days off here and there

i burn out monthly, take a few days off to just chill, watch tv, drink myself into a stupor or whatever gets me over my hump and move on

I go Skiing, Road Biking, Hiking and Fishing any chance I get.

i took months off, lol.. i'm lucky most of my stuff was running itself

yea man, it sometimes gets to the point where i dont want to see a computer

but a couple days away and its like a crack problem, i cant take it, go into shakes i have to check my email!/stats/gfy!!

so yes, i think we all get burnt out, and yes a few days of just fuckin chillin always helps, then its back to the grindstone

Take weekends off to work on the tan, chase the booty, stare at walls, drink exessively, catch up on reading, wack off to Julie Andrews movies....

or whatever...

just take that damned time off...

Yep. I do. I get so burned and frustrated, that sometimes I just slam the lid and walk out.

Sometimes, I take days or a week or two "off", but when you own and operate a program, you always have that little black bag with you.

1/2 days are better, and very frequent, LOL. Anyone who knows me, knows I tend to dissapear most days from about 10:30 or 11:00 until about 4 in the afternoon.

Those are easier to take off, and more theraputic, because I don't have to hear ICQ and e-mail at the lake..

you can't just chill, that's the worst part about woning a TGP. Even if you lay back for 3 months, and try to chill, you will never trully rest , because at the back of your mind, you will constantly be curious what's going on with your site, and you will check it regularely. Once you check it, you will find problems, and oops, you are back to work.
