Flight Centre, they guarantee to beat any agency as well but they don't have much of an online presence so I only use them for international flights since Expedia / Travelocity is much more convenient for me.

I have yet to find anything really cheap like they have in the states !Lot of the cost involved in fares from Canada is tax.If you are close to a border city with an airport, try flying out of the States.It migh be inconvenient but there are savings to be had.:2 cents:
