It's not an anonymous proxy, it has your real IP in HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR. So if the board script logs it (some do), you're one step closer to who ever it is.

i mean, cant we contact the owner of the proxie and ask (or pay) for a log of what ip was accesing it between certain times?

then we have that ip (which is prolly real) and can trace that back to something, if nothing at all atleast we now would know the real ISP and can begin bugging them.
