A lesson on dating
 

NEVER tell them how much or how little money you make. If/when you breakup they will surely throw this in your face.

Example.

I have been seeing a girl for awhile and we recently broke up. When we first met, she had a good idea of the kind of money I make. As we dated, I found myself questioning the basis of our relationship so I started telling her of money leaks and tightening up on the money I spent while with her. I still took her on vacations and so forth but I always made sure to make her think that the vacations were paid for by other methods than my business. Anything but to let her know that things were still good financially.

Well it turns out that I may have been right all along and that she was using me for what I had to offer her.

So I sent her a letter basically telling her that things are over and I am moving on. Here is part of the response I got from her:

"You may think that you loved me and in fact you may of, but when it comes down to it you used me to make you feel better about yourself. Here is a reality check for you. I don?t miss you. You are a broke pornographer who is using his profession to jump in and out of bed with anyone who is willing to fuck him. Let?s face it; these girls wouldn?t give you the time of day otherwise so you take advantage of the situation. Having me around just made you feel better about whom you are and what you?re doing. So I ask you, who the fuck are you to pass judgment on me?"

The funniest part of this is that here she is telling me that I can not get the time of day from a girl. Really? I got you didn?t I?

The moral of this story? Cover your ass or they will use you and bleed you dry. I was lucky enough to see it coming and prepare for it but many others will not be so fortunate.

She thinks that I used her to feel better about myself. I think we all feel better about ourselves when we are with somebody who appears to care about us. The thing that made me feel the best about myself was kicking her to the curb, not being with her.

I hate to see things end like this but since these are her true feelings I guess I am much better off than to be with her in the first place. There are a lot of fish in the sea and I am going to bring out my pole and start fishing again.

Perhaps but I saw her as a long term relationship. As a fuck buddy I would expect this but as a person who specifically said she wanted to be more than fuck buddies even the possibility of marriage?

This is why I spend all my money on cars, she can't spend it, only ride in it. :)

Why do guys let women spend their money? I wouldn't let a guy I was casually dating dip into MY bank account, and I wouldn't even ask him for the same privelage. (sp?)

Mind you, if you come at a girl with "I have this and I only drive this and my watch cost this" then yeah, you'll attract someone who appreciates the money and your lifestyle.

Well, I highly doubt that it is your honesty that they are attracted too. Combine that with the fact that you look like a fucking pussy and any girl with an ounce of self respect would be running away.
